John holds B.S. degrees in both Business Economics and Management, a Graduate Certificate in Management, and his MBA from Penn State Erie. An Erie native, he joined Lillis, McKibben as an Account Manager in April of 2002, after representing area managed care plans as a senior account service representative for over five years. John has also worked in the Erie area as an Account Executive and Independent Agent.

John is a member of the Human Resources Management Association for Northwestern Pennsylvania.
